If your pet is having a medical emergency, you do not need an appointment. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are fully staffed to receive, diagnose and treat medical emergencies. Contact Us page
Patients will be seen on a first come, first served basis without an appointment or referral, however more serious cases will take precedence if medically necessary.

We are committed to treating you as a close family friend. We will provide your pet with the same level of care and compassion we would want for our own pets. Gentle handling and patient comfort are our top priorities; rest assured that your pet will be treated with kindness while under our care. When your pet is discharged, we provide you and your family veterinarian with copies of all medical records and pertinent information needed to continue successful care. Our hospital is designed to be an extension of the services provided by your primary care veterinarian. All routine care of your pet will referred to your family veterinarian. What Are My Options For Payment?
Payment for your initial consultation along with any tests, procedures or medications is due after you have discussed and agreed upon on a written treatment plan with the doctor. Any balance or refund due will be settled when your pet is discharged from the hospital. Payment options include cash, major credit cards and CareCredit.
How Will My Veterinarian Be Kept Informed About My Pet?
Our goal is to keep you completely informed about your pet’s condition and progress. We will also communicate with your family veterinarian regarding findings, recommendations and treatment of your pet’s condition.
